Two Days Before Your Service
Confirm your Appointment.

You will receive a text and Email Confirmation Request. Please click the link to confirm your service so that we know you plan to arrive on time and ready to receive your scheduled service. Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will be charged a $25 fee to the card that you have on file with us.
Remove any protective styles (braids, twists, etc) that you may have.

Take downs of protective styles are not included in your scheduled service.
Remove any heavy buildup that you may have on your hair.

When you arrive for your appointment with product buildup on your hair, we must attempt to remove it in the salon. This adds time and expense to your service and impacts the clients scheduled immediately after you. We recommend a clarifying shampoo and/or Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse to remove the buildup.
If you are not sure whether you have buildup, read on.
The following are indications that you MAY have buildup that needs to be removed with a clarifying treatment.
- Your normal styling routine includes applying a leave-in for multiple days in a row without washing in between.
- You can feel a waxy coating on the surface of your hair.
- You have heavy visible flaking or other product residue that persists in the hair for multiple days.
The Day of Your Service
Ensure that your hair is fully detangled

This means that we should be able to easily pull our fingers from root to tip when we shampoo and condition your hair.
If you have highly textured hair, this may mean putting your hair in plaits after detangling it in the shower.
We do not include detangling time in any of our services. If you arrive to your service with your hair tangled, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Arrive with your hair in its natural state

If it is your first visit to our salon, please arrive with your hair down and unstretched.
This means no twist or braid outs, blow outs, tight ponytails, buns, or braids.
We want to see your hair as it naturally lives on your head, so that we can accurately craft a style or cut that fits your unique hair type.
Wear a mask!

Please help us keep everyone safe by wearing a mask upon entering our Salon.
If you do not have your own, we do have disposable surgical masks that we can provide upon request.
Be prepared to keep your mask on for the duration of your appointment.
